There are a limited number of private rooms and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Alternative forms of payment are available. Please contact us for payment options.
Fees include lodging, ground transportation, breakfast and lunch daily, first and last evening dinners, fees, field supplies, presentations, and other activities. Adults and youth 16 and older welcome.
Full payment must be received by May 31, 2027 to ensure your participation in the program. Any reservations not paid in full by May 31, 2027 will be cancelled with no refund of any payments made.
Program fees are based on full-week participation. ADVENTURE 360 is unable to pro-rate or refund any fees for participants who arrive late or for those who are unable to remain through the entire program.
Set your inner paleontologist free! Paleo X is the complete eXperience for those wanting to enjoy the thrill of eXploration in the badlands and the eXcitement of discovering real dinosaur fossils. But it is more than just finding and working on fossils with professional paleontologists and experienced field staff. You will be immersed in the paleontology, geology and history of the Montana badlands. Whether you are interested in a fun learning vacation, a hardcore paleontology field experience, an educator professional development opportunity or a student exploring careers in these fields there's something here for you. Paleo X tailors our paleontology field program to provide experiences for people of all ages, abilities and interests.
If you fly:
Staff will meet you at the Billings International Airport and will return you to the airport at the end of your adventure. Please schedule your arrival flights before 1:00 pm on your arrival date. Staff will arrive and meet you at the bottom of the escalators across from the restrooms between 12:30 and 1:00 pm. We will proceed to the airport restaurant for lunch (not included in fees).
Please schedule all return flights after 1:00 pm on your return date.
If you drive:
Plan to arrive at the Garfield Motel in Jordan, Montana by 5:00 pm on the first day of your program. The first organized activity will be the orientation group dinner at 6:30 pm.

Our experiences are aligned with the Next Generation Science Standards, offering university credit for participation, and partnering with universities to offer graduate credit.
